The Arkansas Public Service Commission's moratorium on disconnects for nonpayment will be lifted May 3, 2021. Payment arrangements for past-due balances may be made now by calling 870-895-3221 or clicking here

North Arkansas Electric Cooperative has developed a one-time delayed payment arrangement option for members who accrued outstanding balances while disconnections were suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Members with outstanding balances are subject to disconnection May 3, 2021.

To avoid disconnection, you either must pay the balance in full or enter into a delayed payment arrangement. You may enter a DPA by contacting NAEC at 870-750-0016 during regular business hours or complete the form below. For a COVID-19-related DPA, you do not have to make a down payment, and you can have spread the equal payments over up to 18 months.

Service will not be disconnected as long as you pay your current bill in addition to your DPA amount each month by the due date.

Once you complete the delayed payment arrangement form, an NAEC member service representative will contact you to let you know the DPA has been set up successfully.
