Cameron Davis of Mountain Home has been a North Arkansas Electric Cooperative member since 1996 and a director since 2006. He serves as board president. Davis has earned Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership certificates and a Director Gold Credential through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He also serves as NAEC’s NRECA delegate.
Sonya Wiles of Melbourne has been a North Arkansas Electric Cooperative member since 1997 and a director since 2011. She serves as the board’s secretary/treasurer. Wiles has earned Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership certificates and a Director Gold Credential through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
Larry Goodwin of Calamine has been a North Arkansas Electric Cooperative member since 1975 and a director since 2006. He has earned Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership certificates and a Director Gold Credential through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
Ted Kerley of Salem has been a North Arkansas Electric Cooperative member since 1999 and a director since 2024. He serves as NAEC’s delegate to the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation.
Heather Loftis of Mountain Home has been a North Arkansas Electric Cooperative member since 2022 and a director since 2023. She has earned the Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate. Loftis serves as NAEC’s delegate to the Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange.
Marc Walling of Grange has been a North Arkansas Electric Cooperative member since 2010 and a director since 2023. Walling has earned the Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate. He serves as NAEC’s delegate to Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation. Before becoming a director, he served on the NAEC nominating committee.
Dennis Wiles of Horseshoe Bend has been a North Arkansas Electric Cooperative member since 1999 and a director since 2011. Wiles has earned Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership certificates and a Director Gold Credential through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He serves as NAEC’s delegate on the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation and National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative boards.
