North Arkansas Electric Cooperative will celebrate 79 years of serving our members during the Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2019, at the Salem Civic Center on the Fulton County Fairgrounds.
Please join us for a day filled with fun for all ages as well as a free barbecue meal. Country singer Phil Vassar will perform songs from his 20-year chart-topping career. Local band The Kattie Laney Project also will entertain with a variety of Billboard’s top hits. Magician Scott Davis will amaze attendees with his sleight of hand. Inflatables will be available for younger children, and bingo (with prizes!) will be available for children and adults.
Be sure to stay to the end of the business meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. Registered members will be eligible to win a retired service truck and other prizes!
The 2018 Annual Report will be mailed to each member in the middle of May. Included with the Annual Report will be a registration card unique to each member.
NAEC requests that each member brings the registration card to Annual Meeting to speed registration.
The business session will include the election of one member to serve on the board of directors. A brief summary of cooperative operations, Operation Round Up scholarship recipients and other reports also will be presented to the membership.
